A respected educational institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking an individual to manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including various logistical tasks. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, be fluent in both Arabic and English, and have 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Responsibilities include assisting new employees, supervising transportation services, and ensuring compliance with immigration and residency regulations. This role requires good organizational and communication skills.
Job Description: The primary objective is to ensure efficient and compliant onboarding and offboarding of employees. Tasks include all logistics related to visa, immigration, residence, housing, etc. for all employees and family members (full-time, part-time, and grant-funded ones). The additional objective is to ensure compliance and on-time internal/external delivery and receiving. The position requires frequent duty after hours, and off-site. Visits to the immigration office, hospitals for medical check-up, post office, as well as occasional travel to Abu Dhabi and Dubai is expected.
