Job summary

Flip retail in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Rental Sales Agent to handle customer inquiries, process rental agreements, and ensure a smooth service experience. You will convert questions into service, make cold calls, promote products, and coordinate with fleet and accounts to meet targets.

You will manage vehicle preparation, scheduling, billing, and documentation, educating customers on requirements and registration, while maintaining branch sanitation and liaison with drivers.

• Handle billing, open rental arrangements and verify vehicle documentation.

Rental Sales Agent

1. 2.1.1. Attend phone conversation & emphasize on transforming every questions into a service.
2. 2.1.2. Making cold telephone calls as well as promote our product or services.
3. 2.1.3. Marketing of all services and products to make certain that branch attains its targets
4. 2.1.4. Preserve appointments
5. 2.1.5. Co-ordinate with Procedures on specification of automobile as well as check for schedule of automobiles
6. 2.1.6. Make sure sanitation of lorry which top quality requirements are complied with
7. 2.1.7. Prepare for pick-up or distribution
8. 2.1.8. Arrange Licensed operator vehicle driver when applicable
9. 2.1.9. Liaise with Quality, Fleet, Chauffeur and Customer
10. 2.1.10. Log- in to Armada for invoicing
11. 2.1.11. Daily checks of upgrades, substitutes, failures and also NRM (non motion report).
12. 2.1.12. Open Up Rental Arrangement.
13. 2.1.13. Open up rental contract in RTA system in a timely manner.
14. 2.1.14. Educate consumers telephonically or in person on requirements and documents.
15. 2.1.15. Inform customers regarding vehicle registration revival day and also following solution mileage on the vehicle.
16. 2.1.16. Close Rental Arrangement:
17. 2.1.17. Inspect for Penalties.
18. 2.1.18. Prepare the billing.
19. 2.1.19. Inspect the cars and truck and finish the VDR.
20. 2.1.20. Contact Fleet for any damage records and also appropriate papers.
21. 2.1.21. Check with Accounts.
22. 2.1.22. Accumulate settlements and also prepare down payments.
23. 2.1.23. Check sanitation of the branch on the whole.
24. 2.1.24. Schedule the motorists and check high quality requirements of chauffeur's e.g. uniform, sanitation.

Job Type: Permanent.

Income: AED3,000.00 - AED3,900.00 each month.
