Job summary

DNV is seeking a Renewable Engineer for Technical Services in Dubai to join the Renewables team. The role focuses on supporting our technical experts, delivering consulting services, and contributing to business development in the SEMELA region.

You will gain exposure to solar PV, battery storage and wind projects, with opportunities to assist in bid preparation, proposal development, and documentation formatting. Based in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mathematical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience or interest in renewables, power generation, or power system design is advantageous.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic/French/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting services within Renewables, Energy Systems.
• Support business development, including proposals and bid management.
• Assist in formatting documents and creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Learn and contribute to solar PV, BESS, and wind projects.
