Jobgether seeks a Podcast Video Editor (SaaS) for a partner company in the United Arab Emirates. You will transform multi-camera recordings (60–90 minutes) into polished YouTube-ready episodes, with strong pacing, dialogue editing, and social-media cutdowns.

The role requires Premiere Pro mastery, attention to detail, and the ability to work within an established creative workflow. Remote engagement and potential for ongoing collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience editing long-form podcast content in a premium YouTube style.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and basic audio post-production.
• Ability to identify compelling moments and adapt them for social media.

Responsibilities

• Sync and assemble multi-camera footage into 60–90 minute episodes.
• Edit dialogue with clean cuts and natural transitions, preserving flow.
• Balance dialogue audio for clear, consistent listening.
• Remove dead air while maintaining rhythm and substance.
• Identify 4–6 moments for social clips and rough vertical cut timelines.
• Apply B-roll and overlays to strengthen storytelling.
• Maintain an organized Premiere Pro project structure.
• Incorporate feedback and meet deadlines.
