Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in the UAE seeks a skilled technology professional to drive platform implementation, configuration, and integration across Wealth Management, Brokerage and Custody systems. You will own setup, market configuration and workflow design, collaborating with product owners, architects, and vendors to deliver strategic initiatives.

The role requires hands-on experience with Java, .NET, REST APIs, SQL, cloud-native deployment, and CI/CD, with emphasis on security, risk

Qualifications

• Hands-on platform implementation, configuration and integration.
• Proficient in Java and .NET development.
• Strong API integration experience (REST, event-driven, web services).
• SQL expertise across PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server; NoSQL exposure helpful.
• Experience with microservices, containers, and cloud-native deployments.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD tooling knowledge.
• Familiarity with IAM, SSO, OAuth2 and security controls.
• Experience in wealth/brokerage platforms and data migration tasks.
• 5+ years in Technology or Digital organisations.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or IS.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize and implement Wealth Management, Brokerage and Custody platforms.
• Own platform parameterization, product setup, market and fee configurations.
• Design integrations between wealth platforms, CRM, core banking and digital channels.
• Support onboarding journeys, trade processing, settlement and asset servicing.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Analysts and Vendors on initiatives.
• Lead SIT/UAT, production deployments and post-implementation stabilization.
• Provide L3 application support including incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Ensure security, audit and regulatory compliance in platform configurations.
