Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in a fully remote contract role to help shape AI-generated code. You will write, review, and improve solutions across languages, explain reasoning, and ensure safety and reliability of AI coding assistants.

You’ll work asynchronously on your own schedule, 10–40 hours per week, with the freedom to manage your workload and contribute to cutting-edge AI projects from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages listed.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and frameworks.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining code decisions.
• Design challenging prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions by quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
