• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5-10 years in engineering management.
• Experience in managing Engineering Managers and individual contributors.
• Experience delivering consumer-facing applications and user experience-critical components.
• Strong ability to improve team processes and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering delivery for Care Services initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Product and stakeholders on initiatives.
• Lead technical delivery across frontend and API layers.
• Manage and mentor a team including Engineering Managers and engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery predictability and process effectiveness.
