Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks a Creative & Design Specialist to support a global project, focusing on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics and creative workflows. You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training.

Preferred candidates have paid experience in AI human-data work, strong proficiency with tools like Figma, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve and Canva, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

Graphic design, video editing and UI/UX design skills required.
Experience with professional creative tools listed above.
Paid experience in AI human-data work is preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools like Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings and constructive feedback on AI content.
Document observations and suggest workflow improvements for tools and processes.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing and user experience.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
