Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Metallurgy Manager in the United Arab Emirates (fully remote) to lead metallurgical strategy, materials engineering, testing and failure analysis across manufacturing and operations.

The role requires expert knowledge of material selection, heat treatment, corrosion, welding, and qualification, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading metallurgy and materials engineering in manufacturing settings.
• Strong knowledge of heat treatment, welding metallurgy, corrosion, and failure analysis.
• Experience with standards, specifications, and supplier audits.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop metallurgical strategies aligned with business and product objectives.
• Lead metallurgical engineering across material selection, processing, testing, production, and QA.
• Oversee material qualification, testing programs, and failure investigations.
