Job summary

Talents of Endearment invites you to join our Media & Content team as an Intern/Apprentice, gaining hands-on exposure across concepting, production and distribution for our programs and services.

You will work closely with strategists, producers and designers to amplify client-focused initiatives, while building a portfolio and learning from industry mentors. This remote internship offers growth opportunities and real project experience across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Media, Communications, Marketing, Design, or related field.
• Basic experience with social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and content management systems.
• Portfolio or samples showcasing writing, design, photography or video work.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Curious mindset, eagerness to learn quickly and openness to constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing multimedia content (videos, graphics, podcasts) for program promotions and educational resources.
• Edit short-form videos (workshop snippets, interviews, social teasers) using Canva CapCut or Adobe Suite.
• Design visuals for program materials (digital workbooks, email campaigns, social media).
• Capture and organize media assets from live or virtual events (workshops, webinars).
• Support participant outreach for testimonials, case studies and feedback videos.
• Help maintain Talents of Endearment's digital resource library (videos, templates, toolkits).
• Schedule content highlighting programs/services across platforms and engage the community.
• Track engagement metrics for program-related campaigns and draft newsletters or blogs.
