• Experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Sensitivity to premium customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily processing of redemption requests across all channels.
• Ensure timely publishing and prioritization of offers.
• Coordinate replenishment with internal teams and partners.
• Resolve redemption-related queries in conjunction with Customer Service.
• Produce regular reports on redemptions and delivery performance.
