Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in logistics, supply chain management, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional logistics/transportation/operations experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of logistics coordination and shipment processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics, transportation, shipment, and delivery activities.
• Monitor orders, shipments, inventory movements, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Prepare shipping documents, delivery records, logistics reports, and operational updates.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or delivery issues.
• Monitor logistics performance, costs, timelines, and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, vendors, purchase orders, and logistics documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, efficiency, and cost management.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
