Binance is seeking a skilled LLM Data Scientist/Algorithm Engineer to advance AI capabilities across our platform. You will develop and refine large language models, focusing on actionable insights, prompt design, and scalable LLM/RAG frameworks for customer service scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in CS/DS or related field.
• 2+ years DL/NLP, 1+ year LLM work.
• Proven prompt engineering and tuning skills.
• Experience deploying multi‑agent LLM workflows.
• Proficient English and Chinese for cross‑team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the full LLM pipeline from data preparation to production real case usage.
• Design, iterate and optimize prompts for multiple languages and use cases.
• Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) QA/search systems connected to multi-source knowledge bases.
• Deploy and operate LLM services on multi-GPU or cluster environments.
• Design, implement and operate multi‑agent LLM architectures (e.g. LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) with memory sharing and tool‑calling workflows.
• Develop evaluation pipelines (automatic metrics & human feedback) to measure prompt and model quality, bias, and hallucination rates.
• Collaborate with product and CS teams to integrate AI models into conversational chatbots in different scenarios.
• Track cutting-edge research, author tech blogs, and continuously improve current architecture.
