Responsibilities

• Lead Emergency Response Technology Projects in field operations with humanitarian partners.
• Manage field projects for ETC Security Telecommunication Services and FITTEST service agreements.
• Represent the Technology Division to Country Management; escalate issues as needed.
• Identify and prioritize key technology needs to deliver assistance to affected communities.
• Coordinate meetings and budget plans; support donor funding proposals.
