Job summary

MM Coaching Limited, a high-growth eight-figure men's coaching company, is hiring a hands-on head of paid client acquisition to own paid media, CRO, email, and conversion strategy.

You will report to the CEO, inherit a proven funnel and data, fix the breakdowns, raise the standard, and build a team to scale. Fully remote, full-time with core hours in European or Dubai time zones. There is an annual performance bonus of up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Experience leading paid media and conversion-focused growth programs.
• Proven ability to scale high-ticket funnels and optimize ROAS.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to guide copywriters.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy, account structure, and testing with external partners.
• Scale budgets, manage growth economics, and forecast revenue and spends.
• Direct creative and messaging; own VSL improvements and copy direction.
• Ensure compliance, data quality, tracking, and attribution accuracy.
• Lead CRO, email sequences, and funnel optimization from opt-in to sale.
• Build and lead a performance-focused team; set standards and hire.
