This full-time remote position emphasizes hands-on deployment, scalability, and providing technical leadership and training to customers across global engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production.
• Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; CI/CD pipelines considered a plus.
• Excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure AI models and infrastructure for enterprise clients to meet performance and scalability requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine solutions based on customer needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation for deployed systems to support ongoing operations and future deployments.
• Provide technical leadership to customers through training, best practices, and proactive support.
