We are hiring an E-Commerce Organic Growth & Content Strategist to lead our organic marketing across social media, SEO, and AI-powered content creation. You will grow our audience, increase brand visibility, and produce engaging content that drives traffic, trust, and conversions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create engaging social content for Reels/TikTok/Carousels.
• Strong copywriting with hooks storytelling and captions.
• Solid understanding of social media algorithms and organic growth strategies.
• Experience in ecommerce marketing for Shopify, Amazon or DTC brands.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to boost content productivity.
• Good knowledge of SEO basics, keyword research and on-page optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish daily/weekly content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
• Produce short-form scripts, hooks, story-driven content, and carousel posts.
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple short pieces tailored per platform.
• Develop and execute an organic growth strategy to increase reach and followers.
• Analyze competitors and identify new content angles to outperform them.
• Coordinate with editors, designers, and influencers when needed.
