Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA) invites a full-time Analyst to join its Market Regulation team. This remote role is open to UAE-based candidates.

You will detect and investigate trading activity in derivatives markets to identify potential violations and provide guidance to market participants. Real-Time Market Monitoring, Trade Analysis & Investigation, Regulatory Compliance, Policy Development & Enforcement, and Cross-Functional Collaboration form the core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Math or JD required.
• 4+ years in Compliance in financial services or equivalent.
• Experience in Derivatives or Prediction Markets.
• Experience in TradFi or Crypto space.
• Familiarity with futures markets, commodities and trading.
• Familiarity with Trade Surveillance Platforms is a must.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Strong communication with regulators and management.

Responsibilities

• Real-time monitoring of exchange activity to detect market abuse and ensure fair price discovery.
• Post-trade reviews and forensic analysis of flagged transactions.
• Investigations of potential rule violations and drafting investigative reports.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommend actions to the Chief Regulatory Officer.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk and Technology to improve surveillance workflows.
