Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA, editorial, or production role reviewing business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency.
• Sharp eye for formula errors, broken links, mismatched figures, and formatting drift across Word, Excel, and Power Point (or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Review and proofread business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks before external delivery.
• Audit formulas and data integrity in spreadsheets and ensure consistent formatting across materials.
• Provide cross-document consistency checks and brand/template compliance reviews.
