Ethos is seeking experienced competitive strategy analysts to help train a language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on market research, competitive landscape analysis, and industry benchmarking to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents across workflows.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in relevant roles, with expert-level skills in document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting market research, competitive intelligence, or industry benchmarking in an agency, consulting, or in-house strategy role.
• Direct experience building market sizing models, competitor battlecards, or pricing comparison matrices.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (competitive landscape, market sizing, win/loss, benchmarking).
• Develop pricing matrices and go-to-market materials to inform product decisions.
• Support ongoing training of language models with professional document formats and data presentations.
