Qualifications

• 3 years of professional software engineering experience in roles such as Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Staff Engineer, Technical Lead, Engineering Manager or Solutions Architect.
• Track record of authoring or reviewing technical artifacts including documentation, architecture documents, design specs, RFCs, engineering proposals or postmortems.
• Exceptional critical thinking, analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality in technical outputs.
• Strong written communication abilities with experience in technical writing and editing.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools is a plus but not required.
• Advanced degree or credentials from highly selective universities are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Analyze review and enhance AI-generated technical content for clarity and accuracy.
• Create, refine and evaluate prompts and instructions to guide AI models.
• Conduct rubric-based assessments of AI outputs with detailed feedback.
• Draft and edit technical documentation, RFCs and engineering proposals for AI training.
• Perform independent research and fact-checking to validate technical assertions.
• Interpret and annotate data to support evaluation and labeling tasks.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads to meet deliverables within guidelines.
