HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a JavaScript/Python full-stack developer to work remotely on AI model training, evaluation, and optimization. You will contribute to building and refining AI solutions for US-based partners in a full-time capacity.

The role emphasizes designing high-quality code, collaborating with researchers, and deploying containerized solutions using Docker in a remote, globally distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable AI-related code.
• Ability to perform peer reviews and contribute to documentation.
• Familiarity with Docker containerization and deployment.
• Strong debugging and performance evaluation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient code to train and optimize AI models.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyze results.
• Evaluate and rank AI model responses across domains.
• Lead supervised fine-tuning (SFT) with dataset creation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with researchers and annotators to implement RLHF and refine reward models.
