Job summary

AlFuttaim is seeking a reliable Driver to manage stock movements and deliveries across Dubai for its Watches & Jewellery division. The successful candidate will ensure safe and efficient delivery operations while maintaining vehicle care and adhering to company procedures. Candidates must possess a valid UAE driving license and knowledge of Dubai traffic regulations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or delivery role, ideally within retail or warehousing.
• Valid UAE driving license for light/heavy vehicles (depending on operational need).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Excellent time management, reliability, and customer service skills.
• Basic mechanical understanding for routine vehicle checks.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods and materials safely between warehouses, showrooms, and customers.
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks to ensure proper functioning and roadworthiness.
• Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries across all destinations.
• Execute all delivery and pickup operations accurately and punctually.
• Handle physical loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of daily routes, mileage, and deliveries in the logbook.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, fueled, and maintained according to company standards.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth stock transfers.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety standards, and Al-Futtaim operational procedures.
• Support occasional in-store or warehouse duties as required.
