Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai seeks a reliable Courier Driver to load, deliver, and collect items for clients while maintaining safety and on-time performance.

You will verify orders, follow routes and schedules, and liaise with customers to address inquiries. The role requires a valid UAE driving certificate, a clean record, and the ability to lift heavy items as needed. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid UAE driver's certificate.
• Clean driving record.
• Special licenses may be required to operate certain vehicles.
• UAE Experience of 2 Years needed or preferred.
• Readiness to stick to assigned routes, timetables, safety procedures, and transport regulations.
• Strong time management and customer service skills.
• Capability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Loading, carrying, and delivering items to clients or services in a risk-free, prompt manner.
• Examining orders before and after distribution to ensure that orders are full, the charges are proper, and the customer is satisfied.
• Aiding with filling and unloading items from lorries.
• Accepting settlements for supplied products.
• Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and handling complaints from customers.
• Sticking to designated routes and following timetables.
• Following all transport regulations and keeping a risk-free driving record.
• Preparing records and other documents related to shipments.
• Operating vehicles and machines such as cars, trucks, forklifts, and more.
