Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations. This role involves managing client portfolios, addressing inquiries, and working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences. Regular reporting, client feedback analysis, and driving customer satisfaction are also integral to the role.

Qualifications
  • Developer experience is a must, with minimum 1 year.
  • Indian, Turkish, Iranian and French speakers are preferable.
  • Driving license is a must.
  • Strong relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and client servicing skills.
  • Sales and negotiation expertise, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and verbal English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of the real estate market and customer service best practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate or sales will be advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role within the real estate, luxury, or hospitality industries preferred.
