Job summary

NMCSH-Dubai is seeking a Physiotherapist to work within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will identify patients’ physical problems, develop treatment plans, and assist with post-surgery rehabilitation while educating patients and carers for prevention and improvement.

You will maintain records, participate in team meetings, and ensure practice aligns with DHA and Joint Commission International norms.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of oral and written English.
• Knowledge of services for aged/disabled persons.
• Ability to work in group practice in hospital.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to review procedures and implement new service delivery models.
• Commitment to quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify the patient’s physical problem and develop treatment programs.
• Assist patients with joint and spinal problems, including post-surgery rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and carers to prevent and improve conditions.
• Maintain patient case notes and statistics.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team meetings.
• Follow DHA guidelines and Joint Commission International norms in treating patients.
