FutureX Graduate Trainee Programme in Regulatory Affairs at Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company offers a 12-month accelerated development path to gain regulatory exposure, learn through rotations, and work on real-world projects within the UAE telecom regulatory framework.

The role involves interfacing with TDRA, Etisalat, and other licensed operators; supporting submissions, reporting, and compliance activities; and developing planning and processes to meet regulatory obligations

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Telecom Engineering, IT / Computer Science, International Relations or similar fields.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Excellent communication skills and learning agility.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Result and outcome-oriented with attention to detail within required timelines.
Flexibility and ability to travel at short notice to meetings, including in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

Support interface with TDRA and du’s teams for regulatory requirements and information requests.
Assist in regulatory reporting, audits, and submissions.
Monitor regulatory developments and prepare policy positions with benchmarked data.
Develop planning and processes to ensure regulatory obligations are met.
Support performance measures in respect of regulatory compliance.
Liaise with Technology, Finance and Commercial divisions to fulfill duties.
Prepare submissions and correspondence related to regulatory policies.
