Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status, including physical exams and health histories
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety and clinical guidelines
  • Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment, making adjustments as necessary
  • Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment options, and self-care strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and improve patient care
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
