Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and other nursing interventions.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Maintain accurate medical records and follow all documentation procedures.
Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and health promotion strategies.
Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.
Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistants as needed.
Keep up-to-date with current nursing practices, standards, and regulations.
