Job summary

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi seeks a patient-focused nurse to provide and coordinate evidence-based care in line with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality care, while supporting nurses and learners under leadership guidance.

Essential: Bachelor’s in Nursing with valid BLS and PALS, and at least two years of experience in the home country.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Valid BLS and PALS certificates.
• At least two years of nursing experience in own country.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care with the multi professional team per clinical standards and laws.
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks under risk policies.
• Promote positive patient experiences by fostering a conducive environment under nursing leadership.
• Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.
