Job summary

India Abroad is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Ajman, UAE facility to deliver high-quality patient care, perform assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with the healthcare team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate holds a nursing license (Pakistan or other African country), has at least 2 years RN experience, and demonstrates strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license from Pakistan or any African country, with minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Hospital/clinical experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Adhere to infection control policies and procedures
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
