Job summary

Mediclinic Welcare Hospital Dubai is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide and coordinate patient-centric, evidence-based care in the OPD Urology setting. The role requires collaboration with a multi-professional team to uphold safety and quality standards.

The candidate will ensure patient safety, contribute to a positive patient experience, and mentor junior staff while adhering to regulatory and company guidelines. UAE experience is advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum two years' experience in OPD Urology.
• UAE experience would be beneficial.

• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
