Job summary

Joint Space Polyclinic LLC in Dubai seeks a DHA-licensed Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary clinical team providing high-quality functional and integrative medicine care. You will support physicians, perform phlebotomy, oversee IV therapies and coordinate patient pathways with a patient-centered approach.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and eager to learn and develop within functional and longevity medicine in a dynamic clinic setting.

Qualifications

• DHA-licensed Registered Nurse required.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills and confidence with blood collection.

Responsibilities

• Support physicians with functional and integrative medicine consultations and treatment plans.
• Perform phlebotomy and blood collection for laboratory testing.
• Administer IV therapies and nurse-led treatments within scope of practice.
• Prepare patients, monitor and document observations and follow-ups.
• Coordinate laboratory testing, investigations, treatments and follow-ups.
• Educate patients and guide them on treatment protocols.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient safety standards.
• Manage treatment rooms, supplies and nursing workflows.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and the Joint Space team.
• Contribute to clinical protocol development and patient experience.

The Role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary clinical team and support the delivery of high-quality, personalised care across our functional medicine, longevity and integrative health services.

This role is suited to a nurse who is clinically confident, highly organised and comfortable working in a collaborative and evolving healthcare environment. We are looking for someone who communicates exceptionally well with patients and colleagues, takes initiative, and is motivated to continue learning and developing within functional and integrative medicine.

The role covers:

• Supporting physicians with functional and integrative medicine consultations and treatment plans
• Excellent phlebotomy and blood collection, including preparation and handling of samples for laboratory testing
• Administration and monitoring of IV therapies and other nurse-led treatments within scope of practice
• Patient preparation, observations and clinical follow-up
• Coordinating laboratory testing, investigations, treatments and follow-up appointments
• Providing clear patient education and guidance around treatment protocols
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring high standards of patient safety
• Managing clinical supplies, treatment rooms and day-to-day nursing workflows
• Working closely with physicians, therapists, movement practitioners and the wider Joint Space team
• Contributing to the development of clinical protocols and an exceptional patient experience
• Continuing professional development within functional, integrative and longevity medicine
