YOUR MISSION

Lead the performance, profitability, optimization, and development of the entire network across the Middle East, India, Africa & Turkey, aligning with the strategies of TimeVallee, Retailers, and Maisons. Ensure exceptional client experience and operational excellence, while establishing strong partnerships as an Ambassador of TimeVallee.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
  • Develop and implement annual and mid-term strategies for the network, actively participating in the Business Plan process and accurately forecasting revenue streams in partnership with retailers and Maisons.
  • Drive network performance by monitoring each client account and market, ensuring monthly turnover is achieved, and optimizing product allocations and replenishment for boutiques.
  • Conduct regular competitive benchmarking, monitor market share per boutique, and identify new business opportunities, including expansion plans and new retail projects across all markets.
  • Oversee and report on sell-out trends in coordination with retailers and Maisons, control visual merchandising implementation, and contribute to the timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Support retailers with corporate deals and ensure proper follow-up and reporting of retail network results (sales, KPIs) through Booster, proposing corrective actions.
  • Support in monitoring sales targets and KPIs (defined by TimeVallee, Maison, and Retailers) for each boutique yearly, by month, and by product lines.
  • Implement TimeVallee retail guidelines and tools defined by HQ (and support Maisons in implementing their guidelines) across all boutiques.
  • Develop annual action plans for Marketing, CRM, and Training to support strategic objectives and implement them across the boutique network.
  • Visit boutiques regularly to support all business aspects and ensure the application of all guidelines (boutique checklist fixed by HQ, retailers, and Maisons).
  • Coordinate with local Maisons' teams and retailers for all merchandising, training, advertising, and PR initiatives related to the development of each Maison within the boutique, ensuring their implementation.
  • Foster a business-oriented approach and positive mindset within the network through monthly meetings with Boutique Managers, exchanging best practices.
  • Discuss and define with TimeVallee HQ and Maisons' marketing teams the yearly communication plan per market (Coop budget, events, local activations to boost sell-out).
  • Monitor the marketing/activation calendar by boutique in partnership with the retailer and report on results, identifying and reporting any event opportunities and local communication needs.
  • Establish the yearly training plan in coordination with FHH, coaching boutique managers and sales staff on luxury selling techniques and watchmaking skills.
  • Organize and deliver training sessions to enhance the knowledge of local sales teams on the TimeVallee concept.
  • Travel approximately 40% of your time within the Middle East, Africa, India, and Turkey region to support and develop the network.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Extensive experience within a sales role, preferably within luxury retail.
  • Strong knowledge of the Middle East retail business and culture.
  • A good understanding of retail operations, marketing & communications, and digital trends.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English
