Responsible for taking Oracle Health AI Agents to Middle East and Indian Markets. The Product Manager is expected to (for Middle East and India):

  • Drive product strategy and roadmap for Clinical, Patient, and broader healthcare AI Agent capabilities, with a strong focus on technically complex features and integrations.
  • Engage directly with regional and international healthcare customers to understand workflows, regulatory expectations, and functional requirements for AI-driven clinical decision support and automation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional product management, engineering, data science, and UX teams to translate customer needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Serve as a key liaison for international go-to-market activities, supporting sales teams, partner enablement, and customer pre-sales conversations across multiple regions.
  • Act as a customer advocate by monitoring solution performance, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement in AI accuracy, safety, and clinical usability.
  • Leverage strong technical background to work effectively with developers and architects on AI model behavior, system performance, interoperability, and deployment considerations.
  • Utilise healthcare domain expertise—clinical workflows, EHR systems, and data standards—to guide product decisions; experience with Oracle Health (Millennium) preferred but not required.
  • Support global customer engagement efforts, including demos, technical deep dives, and early-adopter programs, ensuring successful adoption and market readiness.
  • Gather and synthesise requirements from regional and international healthcare customers (Middle East and India), including clinical leaders, IT teams, and operational stakeholders, to shape the AI Agent product roadmap.
  • Translate complex customer needs into detailed functional requirements and collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to drive technical execution.
  • Partner with the broader functional product management group to prioritize features, define acceptance criteria, and ensure consistent delivery across global markets.
  • Work closely with international go-to-market teams to support product launch readiness, including sales enablement, partner training, competitive positioning, and solution messaging.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support by participating in customer demos, responding to technical and workflow questions, and guiding customers through adoption and implementation.
  • Act as a customer advocate by monitoring product performance, collecting feedback, identifying gaps, and driving continuous improvement in AI accuracy, reliability, and clinical relevance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on compliance, interoperability, cloud deployment, and integration with clinical systems; experience with Oracle Health (Millennium) preferred but not required.
