Job summary

A leading global company is looking for a Regional Planner to support scheduling and dispatching of Field Service Engineers in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or logistics, along with at least 3 years of planning or scheduling experience. You will coordinate with managers to optimize resource allocation, maintain accurate data records, and assist in workload forecasting. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or French is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with resource management and project planning tools.
  • Experience in multi-regional environments is a plus.

Your opportunity

To support the scheduling and dispatching of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) across the regions. The Regional Planner ensures timely planning of customer interventions, efficient resource allocation between Service and New Equipment activities, and accurate data management in coordination with the Regional Planner Manager and FSE Managers.

Your Mission
  • Execute planning and scheduling activities for FSEs across regions.
  • Coordinate with FSE Managers to align resource skills with intervention needs.
  • Maintain accurate planning data in scheduling and reporting tools.
  • Support workload forecasting and identify potential resource gaps.
  • Assist in reallocating resources during workload peaks or emergencies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve planning conflicts or urgent requests.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, travel, and labor regulations in all planning activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Regional Planner Manager.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in planning, scheduling, or field coordination within a technical or engineering environment.
  • Familiarity with resource management and project planning tools.
  • Experience working in multi-regional or international environments is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
  • Experience in managing multi-regional teams and complex workload environments.
