Job summary

CBRE Excellerate is seeking a senior facilities and operations leader to oversee the financial and operational performance of the Middle East account portfolio across multiple sites. You will be accountable for P&L, budgeting, and cross-service delivery in a high‑profile regional role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, Real Estate or a related technical discipline, or equivalent extensive operational experience in Facilities
• 15+ years of overall experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate or a related operational environment.
• Experience leading large regional technical and operational teams across multiple countries and complex client portfolios.
• Proven senior leadership and people-management experience within Facilities Management / Real Estate / Engineering operations.

Responsibilities

• Be commercially astute and oversee all financial activities associated with the account portfolio.
• Take full responsibility for P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, profitability and associated cost controls.
• Ensure operational and resource planning arrangements are aligned with forecasts, contractual commitments and profit targets.
• Lead the generation and delivery of cross-selling opportunities across other business lines.
• Ensure technical services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements, statutory regulations, industry standards, OEM requirements and recognised FM best practices.
• Oversee the effective management of MEP systems, electrical and mechanical infrastructure, HVAC, BMS, critical engineering systems, life-safety systems, utilities and other technical assets, as applicable to the portfolio.
• Ensure appropriate technical governance, engineering standards, risk management and business continuity arrangements are implemented across sites.

About The Role

Responsible for overseeing all operational and financial activities associated with running the account portfolio across the Middle East, with full accountability for the management and performance of the P&L.

The role will ensure operational excellence across multiple sites and countries, delivering a comprehensive range of Facilities Management services including hard and soft services, technical facilities management, engineering and maintenance, assignments, optional services, energy and sustainability, projects and lifecycle asset management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, Real Estate or a related technical discipline, or equivalent extensive operational experience in Facilities
• Significant experience in industrial, technical, engineering-intensive or complex built-environment operations, with a strong understanding of the operational risks, asset reliability, maintenance requirements and technical challenges associated with such environments, preferably across the Middle East / GCC, with the flexibility to travel according to business requirements.
• Experience leading large regional technical and operational teams across multiple countries and complex client portfolios.
• Proven senior leadership and people-management experience within Facilities Management / Real Estate / Engineering operations, with the ability to lead geographically dispersed and multidisciplinary teams
• 15+ years of overall experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate or a related operational environment.
