Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Regional Material Management and Logistics Leader in Dubai to oversee Middle East logistics operations and optimize processes in alignment with global standards.

The role requires 6+ years in logistics, strong MENA import/export knowledge, SAP/Excel proficiency, and excellent English communication. The position offers a development path, a competitive salary with bonus, and hybrid support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional logistics experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in the MENA region with import/export regulations and local laws.
• Relevant and advanced qualifications in logistics covering warehousing and distribution.
• Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel) and SAP.
• Contract negotiation and management experience.
• Excellent English language and communication skills; German is advantageous.
• Highly organized and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish, operate and optimise logistic processes for Middle East logistics centre and product return cycles.
• Ensure timely effective logistical supply process aligned with RRPS global logistics processes and compliant with business and host country import/export requirements.
• Build strong relationships with overseas factory counterparts and suppliers; establish regional service agreements with 3rd‑party logistics companies for storage of parts, tools, etc., and customs clearance activities.
• Identify regional suppliers and manage negotiations for non‑MTU/Rolls‑Royce Power Systems product supplies to support solution offerings and service jobs.
• Handle operational procedures related to verification of incoming and ongoing shipments, customer‑duty clearance, handling and disposition of tools and parts, return and inventory of leased special tools.
• Communicate orders to distributors and customers effectively and accurately, including relevant documentation.
• Maintain documents and coordinate all order processing issues, customer master data and pricing in SAP.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting for the regional logistics centre and prepare periodic management reports for review.
• Drive continuous and permanent customer satisfaction to ensure high level of service delivery.
• Ensure key performance indicators for revenue and profit targets are met.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.

• Ability to prepare and analyse reports and communicate at all organisational levels.
• Highly motivated self‑starter able to work independently.
• Relevant exposure to compliance guidelines, ethics and regional best practices.
• Excellent English language and communication skills; German is advantageous.
