We are currently partnering with a leading technology company to recruit a Regional Head of FP&A based in Dubai. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across the region, providing critical insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

What You’ll be Doing…

• Lead the FP&A function across the region, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support business objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyse performance, optimise costs, and drive profitability.
• Develop robust financial models and tools to support scenario planning and data-driven decisions.
• Ensure alignment between regional financial goals and global corporate strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
• Deliver clear, concise financial reporting and presentations to regional and global leadership.

Who You Are…

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in the technology or digital sector is highly advantageous.
• Proven expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems, ERP tools, and Excel.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
