Key Responsibilities
Financial Control & Reporting
  • Lead month-end closing and ensure timely, accurate reconciliations and reporting.
  • Oversee statutory reporting for regional entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Strengthen financial control frameworks and streamline operational processes.
  • Manage external audits across regional entities, driving timely resolution of findings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, IFRS, and regional regulatory requirements.
Strategic Finance Leadership
  • Provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
  • Review and interpret legal agreements to ensure alignment with accounting treatment.
  • Partner with FP&A and Finance Business Partners to align regional financials with business objectives.
Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Management
  • Drive continuous process improvements to support scalability and business transformation.
  • Mentor and support a growing finance team to build technical and leadership capability.
  • Influence senior stakeholders across multiple markets, providing trusted financial guidance.
Key Requirements
  • Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3–5 years post qualification experience in financial control, reporting, or audit, preferably within a multinational & multi-entity environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and regulatory compliance.
  • Able to work independently, influence senior decision-makers, and balance day-to-day reporting with involvement in high-level strategic projects.
  • Comes with a financial controller’s mindset — detail-oriented, technically strong, and committed to building robust controls.
