Key Responsibilities
Financial Control & Reporting
- Lead month-end closing and ensure timely, accurate reconciliations and reporting.
- Oversee statutory reporting for regional entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Strengthen financial control frameworks and streamline operational processes.
- Manage external audits across regional entities, driving timely resolution of findings.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, IFRS, and regional regulatory requirements.
Strategic Finance Leadership
- Provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Review and interpret legal agreements to ensure alignment with accounting treatment.
- Partner with FP&A and Finance Business Partners to align regional financials with business objectives.
Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Management
- Drive continuous process improvements to support scalability and business transformation.
- Mentor and support a growing finance team to build technical and leadership capability.
- Influence senior stakeholders across multiple markets, providing trusted financial guidance.
Key Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3–5 years post qualification experience in financial control, reporting, or audit, preferably within a multinational & multi-entity environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and regulatory compliance.
- Able to work independently, influence senior decision-makers, and balance day-to-day reporting with involvement in high-level strategic projects.
