A prominent technology firm is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Director in Dubai to lead enterprise sales across key sectors such as Government, BFSI, and Healthcare. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, maintaining strategic client relationships, and positioning the firm as a trusted partner in digital transformation. The ideal candidate has over 15 years of experience in B2B sales in the ICT sector, with substantial leadership experience, particularly in the GCC region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales within the ICT or Systems Integration industry.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Regional exposure in the GCC, preferably UAE.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year sales strategy aligned with technology roadmap.
• Drive YoY revenue growth across targeted verticals.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives.
