Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in chemistry roles.
• Extensive knowledge of ISO 17025.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support principal chemist in chemistry and environmental businesses.
• Develop and validate new tests and technologies.
• Undertake training of colleagues on technical topics.

Skills

Technical skills in method implementation

Experience in ISO 17025

Knowledge of Wet Chemistry

Knowledge of Inorganic instrumental analysis

Knowledge of Organic instrumental analysis

Knowledge of Metallurgical chemistry

Knowledge of Environmental site testing

Strong organizational skills

Education

Degree in analytical chemistry or related field
