Qualifications

  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, HR/L&D solutions or professional services is an advantage.
  • A driven, competitive mindset with excellent pipeline discipline.
  • GCC experience preferred.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive new business opportunities across the GCC & MENA region.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles with enterprise, government and semi-government clients.
  • Engage C-level stakeholders and present compelling value/ROI business cases.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations and delivery teams.
  • Represent the brand at regional conferences and client events.
  • Consistently deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, SaaS or learning solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, HR/L&D solutions or professional services (advantage).
  • A driven, competitive mindset with excellent pipeline discipline.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both are essential)
  • GCC experience is strongly preferred.
