We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE, within the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our business growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and build relevant job descriptions.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinating job offers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of hiring processes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually improve talent acquisition efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external recruitment partners to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing techniques, and talent market dynamics in the UAE.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Fluency in English is required. Chinese language is preferred but not mandatory.
