We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE, within the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and build relevant job descriptions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinating job offers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of hiring processes.
- Stay informed on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually improve talent acquisition efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external recruitment partners to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing techniques, and talent market dynamics in the UAE.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Fluency in English is required. Chinese language is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical recruitment practices.
