Job summary

A leading marine engineering firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and liaising with management for manpower planning. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in HR or a related field, have 3–6 years of experience, and knowledge of UAE Labour Law. Responsibilities


  • Coordinate manpower requirements with Project Managers and Department Heads.

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, agencies, and internal databases.

  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.

  • Liaise with PRO and HR Admin for visa processing, onboarding, and joining formalities.

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.


Requirements


  • A Master\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM), and knowledge of labor laws, maritime regulations, and HR software.

  • Experience Required: 3–6 Years (preferably in Marine or Engineering sector)
