Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless process.

- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

- Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing feedback and guidance throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice in the IT sector.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics to management to inform decision-making.
Preferred Candidate
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or similar role, preferably in the IT services industry.
