Job summary

Aloft Hotels in Dubai's Palm Jumeirah seeks a dynamic Recreation Attendant to create activity agendas, recruit and schedule guests, and maintain a safe, inviting atmosphere in the resort's recreation facilities.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year related experience with supervisory exposure, CPR and First Aid certifications, and the ability to move and assist guests as needed. The schedule is Full Time, non-management, on-site at East Crescent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Create recreational activity agendas and advertisements using publishing software.
• Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities.
• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
• Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and activities.
• Observe activity and respond to emergencies following procedures.
