Job summary

Sheraton seeks an attentive Recreation Attendant to guide guests in using hotel recreation facilities, assist with activities, and process related payments. The role emphasizes safety, guest service, and teamwork within the recreation spaces.

The incumbent will promote the facility rules, help guests with disabilities, and coordinate with the team to deliver a welcoming, enjoyable experience across pools, beach, fitness, and events.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Experience with recreation equipment is expected.
• All required certifications must comply with local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to guests about available recreation facilities and programs.
• Encourage, register, and schedule guests for activities and events.
• Process payments for rentals and activities and maintain POS accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of recreation facilities and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and provide assistance until EMS arrives.
• Promote safety rules and ensure guest welfare at all times.

Education
