Job summary

Le Méridien Abu Dhabi is seeking a recreation attendant to create activity plans, recruit guests, and promote a fun, safe environment within the hotel’s recreational facilities. You’ll inventory supplies, assist guests with disabilities, and ensure high standards of service for all guests.

CPR and First Aid certifications are required, with prior guest-service experience preferred. You will collaborate with the team to maintain equipment and train staff while upholding Marriott standards.

Responsibilities

• Create recreational activity agendas and advertise them using publishing software.
• Inventory supplies, inform manager of low items, and assist in equipment maintenance.
• Promote a fun, safe atmosphere and assist guests with disabilities.
• Respond to emergencies per local procedures and assist injured guests until EMS arrival.
• Train, motivate, and coach staff; uphold company safety policies and standards.
• Process guest transactions and ensure quality service throughout the facility.
