Job summary

The Luxury Collection Dubai is seeking a Non-Management, full-time Recreation Associate to create activity agendas, recruit and schedule guests, and promote a fun, safe environment for guests. You will manage inventory, assist with training, and handle transactions while ensuring high service standards.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of related experience, and CPR/First Aid certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Related work experience of at least 1 year preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create recreational activity agendas and advertisements using publishing software.
• Conduct inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment; inform manager of low items.
• Recruit, register, and schedule guests for recreation activities.
• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
• Provide information about available facilities and activities.
• Observe, report, and respond to emergencies per SOP.
• Assist in training and coaching employees; act as a role model.
• Process customer transactions and collect payments as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and confidentiality of information.
